I will be leading a session at the 2014 ILSHRM Conference titled, “Can You Hear Me Now? Good. Let’s Talk Diversity, Inclusion & the Employee Experience”. I will share my own personal stories about my experience with exclusion based on my significant hearing disability. I will share my blueprint for achieving success, and how this formula has helped dozens of organizations bec ome better workplaces by integrating the values, behaviors and principles of diversity and inclusion.
