I will be leading a session at the 2014 LASHRM Conference titled, “Can You Hear Me Now? Good. Let’s Talk Diversity,Inclusion & the Employee Experience”. I will share my own personal stories about my experience with exclusion based on my significant hearing disability. I will share my blueprint for achieving success, and how this formula has helped dozens of organizations become better workplaces by integrating the values, behaviors and principles of diversity and inclusion.
