I love volunteering with diverse organizations — universities, colleges, business start-ups and HR conferences such as the SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition, HR Technology Conference, Recruitment Innovation Summit, HRPA Annual Conference and more. It’s extremely important to me to find opportunities to give back to the communities that I belong to, and have played an important and influential part in my life — education, career and social good.

I discovered my interest in blogging in early 2009 when I started a blog about everything relating to HR. This blog evolved over time, as did the topic areas. Today I blog about social media, emerging HR technology, social HR strategy, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and everything in between.
